Jain version of the popular recipe of Paneer Bhurji. A must try !JAIN PANEER BHURJIIngredients¾ cup grated cottage cheese (paneer)1 tablespoon oil1-2 green chillies, crushed1 medium green capsicum, finely chopped1 medium tomato, seeded and finely chopped¼ teaspoon turmeric powder1 teaspoon red chilli powder½ teaspoon garam masala powderSalt to taste1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leavesMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add green chillies and capsicum, mix and sauté for 1-2 minutes.2. Add tomato and mix well. Reduce heat, add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt and chopped coriander, mix and cook for a minute.3. Add cottage cheese, mix, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.4.
