Jain Paneer Bhurji | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Jain version of the popular recipe of Paneer Bhurji. A must try !

JAIN PANEER BHURJI

Ingredients

¾ cup grated cottage cheese (paneer)
1 tablespoon oil
1-2 green chillies, crushed
1 medium green capsicum, finely chopped
1 medium tomato, seeded and finely chopped
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
½ teaspoon garam masala powder
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves

Method

1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add green chillies and capsicum, mix and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
2. Add tomato and mix well. Reduce heat, add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt and chopped coriander, mix and cook for a minute.
3. Add cottage cheese, mix, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Serve hot.

Preparation Time: 3-5 minutes
Cooking Time: 5-8 minutes
