IRISH COFFEE SWIRL CAKE RECIPE WITH OSSORO IRISH CREAM | ST. PATRICK'S DAY SPECIAL EASY DESSERT #irishcoffeecake #stpatricksdaydessert #bakewithdeepali

Ingredients:
all purpose flour - 185 grams
baking powder - 1 teaspoon
butter- 130 grams
caster sugar - 170 grams
eggs - 3
vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
milk - 120 ml
curd/yoghurt/sour cream - 120 ml
coffee (a mixture of 1 tablespoon instant coffee powder + 2 tablespoons hot water, mixed and cooled)1 tablespoon either Ossoro Irish cream (Buy here:  https://amzn.to/3bSrvrB )  or  Bailey's cream ( you can get from your local liquor shop  )
For the glaze/icing
Icing Sugar - 75 grams
coffee - 1/2 to 1 teaspoon
Irish cream - 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon
