INSTANT VEGETABLE DOSAIngredients1 medium red carrot, peeled and roughly chopped1 medium onion, roughly chopped1 medium tomato, quartered1 cup semolina1 cup oats¾ cup yogurt2 green chilies½ tsp cumin seeds2 tbsps chopped fresh corianderSalt to tasteWhite butter for cookingGun powder to sprinkle + for servingCoconut chutney for servingSesame oil for servingMethod1. Take semolina, oats, yogurt and green chillies in a blender jar. Add ½ cup water and grind to fine batter.2. Add onion, carrot, tomato, cumin seeds, half the coriander and grind again.3. Transfer in a bowl, add remaining coriander, salt and mix well.4. Heat a nonstick tawa. Spread a ladleful of batter evenly. Drizzle some white butter, sprinkle gun powder and cook on medium heat for 2 minutes.5. Flip and cook for a minute.6.
