Heat oil in a nonstick pan. Add Bengal gram, black gram, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and asafoetida.2. Once mustard seeds start to splutter, take the pan off the heat.3. Add yogurt to semolina. Add green chillies, ginger, curry leaves, onion and coriander.4. Add the prepared tempering, salt, Tata Sampann Chilli Powder and mix well. 5. Set aside for 15-20 minutes.6. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Apply little oil on your palms and take a portion of the mixture. Flatten and make a hole in the centre.7. Deep fry in oil till golden brown and crisp.
