Capsicum - 8 Nos.
Coriander Leaves
Tomato - 2 Nos.
Onion - 1 No.
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - 6-7 nos.

Red Chilli powder-1 tbsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Garam masala-1/2 tbsp
Sugar ( Optional)-1/4 tsp
Coriander powder-1 tbsp
Ground nuts powder - 2 tbsp
Hing - 1 Pinch
Salt to taste
Oil
