Akki unde udupi style I Rice Ball | Mangalore style Pundi | Steamed rice balls | akki unde kadubu | Arudhi Kitchen

Simply healthy and delicious traditional breakfast Rice pundi/kadubu/gatti/undi recipe, serve with sambar and chutney.
It can be prepared by soaking, grinding,tempering,cooking and finally steaming the rice balls.

Ingredients:

Raw Rice: 2 cup (Soaked 3-4 hours)
Mustard Seeds: 1 tsp
Oil: 2 tbsp
Grated fresh coconut: 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Urad dal: 1 tsp
Water
