Indian Coconut and Mango Sweet | Nariyal Aur Aam Ke Laddu | नारियल आम के लड्डू | Atima's Kitchen

Coconut is a very versatile fruit and it is used in both spicy as well as sweet dishes. Combine it with the king of fruit Mango, and invent an altogether new and delicious Sweet Dish.

1 ½ cup Fresh Coconut (Finely Grated)
½ cup Condensed Milk
½ cup Ripe Mango Pulp
3 tbsp. Dry Coconut Powder
2 tbsp. Clarified Butter (Ghee)
4-5 Green Cardamom (Powder)
2 tbsp. Dry Fruits Chopped (Optional)

Add 1 tbsp. Ghee and Grated Fresh Coconut in a pan and roast on low heat till the moisture evaporates. Do not brown.
Then add Condensed Milk, Mango Pulp, Cardamom Powder and chopped Dry Fruits and mix well.
Roast on low heat till the mixture dries up. When mixture starts leaving the sides of pan, and starts binding, remove from heat.

Let the mixture cool down a little.

Mixture should be warm. Grease your palms with ghee and start making small balls with soft strokes, and roll in dry coconut powder.

The preparation yields 20-25 Laddoos.
