Kanda poha is a Indian Breakfast recipe prepared using flattened rice along with Onion, tomato and peanut.It is an extremely light food.

Ingredients - for 2 Servings
• 250 grms Poha
• 50 grms Raw Peanuts
• 1 Medium size Onion (chopped)
• 1 Medium size Tomato (chopped)
• 2-3 Green Chili (chopped)
• 5-6 Curry Leaves
• ¼ tsp Mustard Seeds/Rai
• ½ tsp Red Chili powder
• ½ tsp Turmeric powder
• ½ tsp Garam Masala
• ½ tsp Chaat Masala powder
• Salt to Taste
• 7-8 Cashew Nuts and ½ handfull of Kishmish
• 2 tablespoon Oil/Ghee
