These winter special laddus are so delicious.. nutritious and healthy because the nuts which we use in them are a great source of protein which gives fuller feeling for a long time .Then we used fox seeds in them. Fox seeds are full of calcium and so many other Vitamins and minerals hence very beneficial to the aged people as well as for the growing kids. Ginger powder has anti inflammatory properties in itself so it is very useful for the people of arthritis and auto immune diseases. But these laddus are little high caloric so not advisable for diabetics and the people who are suffering from high cholesterol. Except them ..all other can use them and enjoy this delicacy
