Kaman dhokla is a very famous dish of Gujarat. You can eat this as a tea time snacks or as in breakfast. It tastes like sweet and sour. You can eat this with green chutney, tomato ketchup or any f your favorite chutney.

Ingredients:
Gram flour ( Basen)-2 cup
Ginger & Green Chilli Paste - 2 Tsp
Semolina (Rava) - 2 Tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder- 1/2 Tsp
Sugar - 1.5 Tbsp
Eno Fruit salt - 1 Tsp
Lemon Juice - 2 Tbsp
Oil - 1 Tsp
Water - 1/2 glass
Tempering Ingredients :
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Green Chilli - 3 to 4 Nos.
Curry leaves- 10 Nos
Hing - 2 pinch
Mustard seeds - 1 Tsp
Sugar - 1/2 Tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves - 3 Tbsp
Coconut - 2 Tbsp
