Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Prepare Koftay (Meatballs):
-Beef qeema (Mince) 600g (without fat)
-Pyaz (Onion) fried 2 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Garam masala powder tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) tsp
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) tsp
-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste
-Baisan (Gram flour) roasted 3 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
Prepare Curry:
-Badam (Almonds) 12-14
-Khopra (Desiccated coconut) 2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) fried 1 Cup
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 & Cup
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) tsp
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) tsp
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Garam masala powder tsp
-Cooking oil Cup
-Water 1 Cup
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) slit 4-5
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
-Podina (Mint leaves) chopped handful

Directions:
Prepare Koftay (Meatballs):
-In a chopper,add beef mince,fried onion,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,coriander powder, turmeric powder,cardamom powder,salt,gram flour,ginger garlic paste & chop well.
-Take out in a bowl,add fresh coriander & mix until well combined.
-Grease hand with oil,take a quantity of mixture (55g) & make meatballs of equal sizes without cracks (makes 12) & set aside.
Prepare Curry:
-In a frying pan,add almonds & dry roast for a minute.
-Add desiccated coconut & dry roast until light brown.
-Let it cool.
-In a spice mill,aad roasted almonds & coconut,fried onion,grind well & set aside.
-In a bowl add yogurt,ground paste,ginger garlic paste,coriander powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,cardamom powder,Kashmiri red chilli powder,salt & garam masala powder,whisk well & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,prepared yogurt mixture,mix well & cook on medium flame until oil separates (7-8 minutes) & keep mixing in between.
-Add water,mix well & bring it to boil.
-Add prepared meatballs,mix gently & cook for 1- minutes,cover & cook on medium flame until tender (12-15 minutes) then cook on high flame for 1-2 minute.
-Add green chillies,fresh coriander,mint leaves,cover & simmer on low flame for 2 minutes.
-Serve with chapati or naan!

Prepare Koftay (Meatballs):
-Chopper mein beef qeema,fried pyaz,lal mirch powder,garam masala powder,dhania powder,haldi powder,elaichi powder,namak,garam masala powder aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.
-Bowl mein nikal lein aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur mixture ki quantity (55g) lein aur ek jaisay sizes ka bagher cracks ka koftay tayyar ker lein (makes 12) & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Curry:
-Frying pan mein badam dal ker ek minute kliya roast ker lein.
-Khopra dal dein aur light brown ho janay tak dry roast ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Spice mill mein roaste badam & khopra aur fried pyaz dal ker ache tarhan grind ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein dahi,ground paste,adrak lehsan paste,dhania powder,lal mirch powder,haldi powdet, elaichi powder,Kashmiri lal mirch powder,namak aur garam masala powderd al ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein cookimg oil aur tayyar dahi mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per oil alag ho janay tak pake lein (7-8 minutes) aut bech bceh meuin chamcha chalatay rahein.
-Pani dal ker mix karein aur ubal anya dein.
-Tayyar koftay dal ker gently mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per gul janay tak paka lein (12-15 minutes) phir tez ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Hari mirch,hara dhania uar podina dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 2 minute kliya dum per rakh dein.
-Chapati or naan ka saath serve karein!
