Huangjiang Noodles (黄酱面) | The Chinese Cuisine

Made with soybean paste and egg, this flavorful topping is perfect for noodles! It pairs perfectly with refreshing cool cucumber strips!

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 egg 鸡蛋
- 1 stalk green onion 葱
- 1 mini cucumber 小黄瓜
- 1/2 tbsp. soybean paste 黄酱
- 150g dry plain wheat noodles 干面条

DIRECTIONS:
1.chop green onions and slice cucumber into strips (not shown)
2. whisk the egg, and stir fry the egg in oil
3. add in chopped green onions
4. add in soy bean paste and coat egg evenly
5. boil noodles (you can use any type of noodle you like)
6. after the noodles are cooked, submerge in cold water
7. take noodles out of cold water and place in bowl
8. top with stir-fried huangjiang eggs and fresh cucumber
9. serve and enjoy!
