1 pound ------ shrimp (shelled & de veined )
2 Tbsp -------- corn starch
as needed --- cooking oil
2 Tbsp -------- each, ginger & garlic (minced)
2 Tbsp -------- green onion (chopped)
2 Tbsp -------- rice wine (for sizzling)
** salt & pepper mix **
1/2 tsp -------- each, sugar, salt & black pepper
1/4 tsp -------- five spice seasoning
** dipping sauce **
1/8 cup ------ lemon juice concentrate
2 Tbsp ------- light soy sauce
1 Tbsp ------- sesame oil
1/2 tsp ------ sugar
1 tsp ---------- each, minced garlic & chopped cilantro
