Nothing says tropical TIKI like a Pina Colada served in a pineapple... Trevor from Tipicular Fixin's shows you how to wow your guests with this special cocktail.

Ingredients:
2 oz El Dorado Deluxe Silver 6 year old rum
1.25 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Coconut Cream
1 bar spoon of superfine sugar
Pineapple cored

Method:
Hollow out a fresh pineapple and juice the flesh.
Add coconut cream, pineapple juice, sugar, and rum to a cocktail tin.
Fill tin with ice and shake.
Fill cored pineapple with ice.
Strain into the cored pineapple, and garnish.
