Watch our host Archana make it in a simple way!Share on Facebook - http://goo.gl/rVDrHLTweet about this - http://goo.gl/FRs5UqShare on g+ - http://goo.gl/qN6nbRसाहित्य१५० gm मैदा मीठ १-२ मोठे चमचे तेल पाणी १५० gm तीळ १५० gm साधा गुळ१ कप भाजलेलं खोबरं १/२ कप शेंगदाण्याचे कुट १ चमचा खसखस Ingredients:2 cups MaidaSalt to taste2 tbsp OilWater150 gms Til (Sesame Seeds)150 gms Gul (Jaggery)1 Cup Grated & Roasted Coconut1/2 Cup crushed Groundnut1 tbsp Khas KhasMethod:- In a bowl, add maida, oil, water and kneed a medium soft dough. Once the dough is ready add some oil and let it rest for 15-20 mins.- In a bowl, add crushed til, grated coconut, crushed groundnut, khas khas, gul & elaichi powder. Mix all the ingredients. Add ghee and mix well.- Make medium size balls of the dough and fill them with til mixture. Roll the balls to make a flat roti.- Heat a pan and roast the roti by applying ghee on both the sides.
