Delicious Bengali Fish Recipe

Shorshe Maach

Ingredients

• 2-3 piece of Maach (Fish) – Rui Maach
• 1 tbs black mustard
• 1 tbs yellow mustard
• 3-4 green chillies
• 1 tbs yoghurt
• 1 tsp turmeric powder
• 4 tbs mustard oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

1. Prepare mustard paste made with kinds of mustard (black and yellow), 2 green chillies and salt.
2. Take a microwavable dish. Place the fish. Apply salt, turmeric, mustard paste, yoghurt on both the sides of fish. Add mustard oil and green chillies.
3. Cover it with a cling film. Microwave for 3 minutes.
4. Serve hot with Rice.
