Delicious Bengali Fish RecipeShorshe MaachIngredients• 2-3 piece of Maach (Fish) – Rui Maach• 1 tbs black mustard• 1 tbs yellow mustard• 3-4 green chillies• 1 tbs yoghurt• 1 tsp turmeric powder• 4 tbs mustard oil• Salt to tasteMethod:1. Prepare mustard paste made with kinds of mustard (black and yellow), 2 green chillies and salt. 2. Take a microwavable dish. Place the fish. Apply salt, turmeric, mustard paste, yoghurt on both the sides of fish. Add mustard oil and green chillies.3. Cover it with a cling film. Microwave for 3 minutes.4. Serve hot with Rice.
