300g Lotus seed (soaked overnight)
600ml Water
150g Powdered sugar
200g Groundnut Oil
20g Eu Yan Sang Chen Pi (Mandarin Peels)

Red date filling:
100g Eu Yan Sang Seedless Red dates (sliced)
150g Lotus seed (soaked overnight)
120g Powdered sugar
90g Groundnut oil
400ml Water
