Misty Doi

Ingredient

½ liter Milk reduced to 1 Cup
4 Tbsp Sugar
2 Big Tbsp Yogurt

Method

Take reduced Milk 1 Cup. Heat it up. Add 2 tbsp of Sugar in it & mix it well. Let the sugar melt properly.

Now take another Pan to caramelize Sugar. Add 2 tbsp Sugar with a splash of water. And keep stirring till the Sugar caramelizes. Cook till the colour changes to amber.

Now heat the first pan again, mix the prepared caramel into the milk and stir it for half a minute.

Let it cool. Now add Yogurt to the Milk to process it. Mix it well and put it in the bowl for a overnight process.
