This Lemon Panna Cotta is a classic dessert, sure to be a hit at your next dinner party or on Tuesday night.Ingredients:1/3 cup (75 mL) milk1 (.25 ounce) envelope unflavoured gelatine2½ cups (625 mL) heavy cream (35%)½ cup (125 mL) white sugar 1½ tsp (7 mL) pure vanilla extractZest of one lemonMethod:Pour milk into a small bowl and stir in the gelatine powder. Set aside.In a saucepan, stir together the heavy cream, lemon zest, and sugar. Set over medium heat and bring to a boil. Watch carefully because the cream could boil over.Pour the gelatine / milk mixture into the boiling cream. Stir and cook 1 minute more.Remove from the heat and stir in vanilla.
