How to make ★Kimchi Fried Rice★〜キムチチャーハン〜(EP112) | Kitchen Princess Bamboo

Today I'm going to be making, Kimchi fried rice.

It is another quick and easy summer lunch menu.

Kimchi is the most selling Tsukemono or pickles in Japan if you believe it or not. I keep Kimchi in my fridge almost all the time.

The kimchi selling in Japan is not so spicy compare to the authentic Korean Kimchi, so if you would like to make it spicy, add Kochu-Jan or chili pepper flakes.

Let's get started!

〈ingredients〉serves 1 to 2
1/4cup Kimchi (well-fermented)
100g sliced pork belly
Two stalks scallion
Two eggs
Two cups cooked rice ※One day old or store in the freezer are the best.
One teaspoon Chicken bouillon powder
One teaspoon soy sauce
One teaspoon sesame oil
