How to make ★French Fried Daikon Radish★ 揚げ大根の作り方(EP146) | Kitchen Princess Bamboo

Today I am going to be making French fried Dicon radish.

Daikon radish is a very popular root vegetable in Japan this season.


In Oden, in miso soup, or grated, these are the authentic way to enjoy daikon radish.

Taste good, but sometimes I am tired of eating the same things over and over.


Crispy on the outside, soft and juicy on the inside.


If you are also tired of french fried potato, you should definitely give it a try.


〈ingredients〉
・french fried daikon radish
1/3 daikon radish
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce

1/3 teaspoon sugar

1/3 teaspoon garlic powder

2~3 tablespoons potato starch
oil for frying

・dipping sauce
2 tablespoons Japanese mayo
1 teaspoon Mentsuyu or soy sauce
