Learn how to make eggless cake in pressure cooker from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani.If you aren't confident enough to make a cake in oven or microwave, then cooker cake is the best and easy cake recipe for you!Ingredients:200 gms Condensed Milk3 tbsp Butter1 tsp Pineapple Essence1 Cup All Purpose Flour1 tsp Baking Soda5 tbsp MilkMethod:- Remove the ring and vent valve of the pressure cooker and pre heat the cooker for 10 minutes without the lid.- In a large bowl add condensed milk, butter and pineapple essence. Beat everything for 2 minutes.- Then add all purpose flour, baking soda and milk. Beat everything again for 2 minutes. Scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula.- Grease the baking tin with a parchment paper and flour.- Pour the cake batter in the tin and tap it twice.- Place the tin in the cooker and let it bake for 30-35 minutes.
