Avocado Ice Cream Recipe:

• 3 ripe Hass avocados
• 2½ cups whole milk
• 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
• ½ cup sugar
• ½ tsp kosher salt

1. Halve and pit the avocados and scoop the flesh into a blender. Add the milk, lime juice, sugar, and salt and puree until smooth. Pour the mixture into a bowl, cover, and refrigerate until the base is cold, about 2 hours.
2. Whisk the base to recombine. Freeze and churn in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions. For a soft consistency, serve the ice cream right away; for a firmer consistency, transfer it to a container, cover, and allow to harden in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours.
