We'll give you a behind-the-scenes look at our best shows, take you inside our favorite restaurant and be your resource in the kitchen to make sure every meal is a 10/10!Buddha BowlRecipe courtesy of Carlene ThomasTotal: 15 minActive: 15 minYield: 1 serving, plus additional dressingLevel: EasyIngredientsGreen Goddess Dressing:1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons lemon juice1 medium garlic clove, peeled 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, packedBuddha Bowl:1/2 cup cooked wheat berries1/3 medium sweet potato, diced and roasted with 1 teaspoon olive oil1/2 cup microgreens or sprouts1/4 cup canned chickpeas1/4 medium Cara Cara orange 5 sugar snap peas1/2 medium Hass avocado 1/4 cup sliced raw watermelon radish or candy cane beet 1 tablespoon pickled red onion1 tablespoon pepitas DirectionsTo make the green goddess dressing, add the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley and basil to a food processor. Turn on and pulse and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides of the food processor on occasion.To build the Buddha bowl: Fill a bowl in sections, starting with the wheat berries, sweet potato and microgreens. Add the chickpeas, orange, sugar snap peas, avocado, radish, pickled red onion and pepitas in groupings between and on top of the base ingredients. Top with one-quarter of the dressing.
