How to Cook Soy Sauce Stir Fry Bok Choi | China Food Nomad

In this video you will see my dad cooking soy sauce stir fry bok choi. Bok choi is a kind of Chinese cabbage, and it is super common to see in Chinese restaurants, or on family meal table. Chinese people all love it!
My dad just used not more than 5 minutes to get this dish ready. It is super easy to cook and tastes very delicious. You don't even need to put salt and any other seasoning stuff to cook it, cause soy sauce is totally enough.
