Ingredients

2 Cups Cooked Rice With A Pinch Of Saffron
½ Cup Of Potatoes Fried Potatoes
1 ½ Cups Of Boiled Vegetables
½ Cup Of Fried Onions
Fried Cashew Nuts
Soaked Raisins
1 Tomato Chopped
Fresh Mint
Coriander
1 Cup Of Yogurt
2 Tbsp Of Fresh Cream
2 Tbsp Of Grated Cheese
¼ Tsp Of Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Of Red Chilli Powder
2 Tsp Of Dhana Jeera Powder
1 ½ Tsp Of Biryani Masala
2 Tsp Of Ginger Garlic Chopped
Salt To Taste
2 Tbsp Of Oil

Tips

1. Place a pan underneath the cooking vessel, so that the heat is distributed evenly while the biryani cooks.
2. Dissolve the saffron with a little bit of milk to give a rich flavour and colour to the rice.
3. One can add some cottage cheese and chicken as additional ingredients.
