Chicken do Pyaja is a famous Mughlai dish made with a LOT of onions and tomatoes.
It is spiced generously is pepper, cardamom and cinnamon and spicy green chillies.
The dish gets its signature flavour from allowing the chicken to cook in its own juices with onions and yoghurt.
