How Much Water To Drink A Day? Less Than You Think

How much water should we drink per day?

The standard for many years has been eight, eight ounce glasses.

More recently, guzzling water has become all the rage in the vegan and raw food communities.

But how much do we actually require? Does drinking more water than we're thirsty for reduce disease risk or improve out lives in any way?

What about possible downsides of drinking too much, like hyponatremia?

Isn't out sense of thirst good enough?
