Yogurt Cake at Home3 egg yolks and whites separated250 g yogurt3 tbsp flour5 tbsp granulated sugar1 tbsp cornstarch1 tbsp lemon juice1 pinch of saltI take the egg yolks into a large bowl and whisk them well with a mixer.I add yogurt and salt to the beaten egg yolk and whisk well.Now let's add the cornstarch.Add the flour and whisk well.Now I'm putting this dough aside.Now I take the egg whites into a deep bowl and add the sugar into it.I also add the lemon juice and whisk well.I keep whisking until it looks like shaving foam.I will add the beaten egg white little by little to the egg yolk mixture.I mix it slowly with a hand spatula each time.I take it from the bottom and bring it up to the top, I don't mix it much. this much is enough.I greased the cake tin.I pour the dough into the cake mold.I take a baking tray and put water in it.I put a tart tin in the water.As you can see, I will put the cake mold on it.This is how I put it in the oven. I bake it in a preheated 180-degree oven until golden brown.It's as soft as cotton, it swells again when I press my finger.It's hot, but I'm going to take it out of the mold and cut it.Here is the result, the cake shakes when I shake it lightly.I'm sure the kids especially will love it.
