How to Make Yogurt Cake at Home - yogurt cake

Yogurt Cake at Home
3 egg yolks and whites separated
250 g yogurt
3 tbsp flour
5 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 pinch of salt

I take the egg yolks into a large bowl and whisk them well with a mixer.
I add yogurt and salt to the beaten egg yolk and whisk well.
Now let's add the cornstarch.
Add the flour and whisk well.
Now I'm putting this dough aside.

Now I take the egg whites into a deep bowl and add the sugar into it.
I also add the lemon juice and whisk well.
I keep whisking until it looks like shaving foam.
I will add the beaten egg white little by little to the egg yolk mixture.
I mix it slowly with a hand spatula each time.
I take it from the bottom and bring it up to the top,
I don't mix it much.
this much is enough.

I greased the cake tin.
I pour the dough into the cake mold.
I take a baking tray and put water in it.
I put a tart tin in the water.
As you can see, I will put the cake mold on it.

This is how I put it in the oven.
I bake it in a preheated 180-degree oven until golden brown.

It's as soft as cotton, it swells again when I press my finger.
It's hot, but I'm going to take it out of the mold and cut it.
Here is the result, the cake shakes when I shake it lightly.
