How To Make Turkish Tea Two Ways! Hot & Cold - Gourmeturca

Get ready to make Turkey's national drink Turkish Tea in two ways: First I am making traditional hot Turkish tea with all details you need to know. After that, I am going to turn it to a cold lemon iced tea.

Ingredient for Turkish tea:
1/2 cup Turkish black tea leaves (The tea I used: https://www.gourmeturca.com/turkish-tea)
About 5 cups boiled hot water for the small teapot and more hot water for the second bigger teapot (My teapot: https://www.gourmeturca.com/mai-seljuq-series-teapot-set)

If you are only going to drink hot Turkish tea here is an amount for about 6-8 tea glasses of tea:
2 heaped tbsp Turkish black tea leaves
4 cups hot boiled water
More hot water for the second bigger teapot

For Turkish Iced Tea:
Freshly brewed tea
1/2 cup sugar
1-2 juice of lemons
10-12 ice cubes
more cold water, about 1 liter
