INGREDIENTS (SERVE 3-4 PEOPLE)

150 gm Sprout (Moong)
2 medium Tomato
2 small Onion
1 medium Carrot
1 small Apple
1/2 Pomegranate
1 medium Guava
50 gm Peanuts (Salted)
2 tsp chat masala
2 tsp salt (or as per taste)
1-2 Green Chili
2 tsp Lemon juice
Coriander (Fine chopped - garnish)
