How I Make My Sourdough Bread Easy Way

Make Turkish-style sourdough bread with an easy method. For hundreds of years, our ancestors were making sourdough bread. It was way different than today. No scaling, no bread machines. They were leaving some of the kneaded dough to use for the bread and baking it. So I decided to mix up all the information I got with the modern technique and make my sourdough bread this way.
Ingredients For Sourdough Bread:
1 cup active starter (You can ask your friend to get if they have or bakeries or make your own. I explained shortly in the video how you can make it using flour and water.)
2 cups water
about 5+1/2 to 6 cups bread flour or all-purpose flour (I used 1 cup of it wholewheat flour)
2 tsp rock or sea salt
Wheat germ to sprinkle on the bottom (optional)
