How to make sandwich rolls with apple, Korean Snack [Ramble]

The apples are in season in Autumn. Very delicious, juicy. This recipe is how to make sandwich rolls with apple. I'll make boiled apple like apple jam and insert it into sandwich rolls. It's definitely sweet and delicious. Why not?

Ingredients (2 Servings)
6 pcs sliced bread
1 apple (250 gram)
20 gram butter
2 Tbsp sugar
1/3 Tbsp cinnamon powder
3 eggs
100ml milk
1~2 drops vanilla extract
a pinch of salt

Directions
1. Peel and shred apple.
2. Butter in a preheated pan, add shredded apple, sugar, cinnamon powder. Simmer it on medium heat for 20 minutes.
3. Break 3 eggs, add milk, vanilla extract, salt in a bowl and mix well.
4. Cut the crust of sliced bread and flatten them with a rolling pin.
5. Put the boiled apple on the flattened sliced bread and roll it up.
6. Dip bread in egg mixture. Fry rolls until golden brown, then flip to cook the other side. Better sprinkle parsley powder and syrup. Enjoy! ^^
