How to make Pumpkin PuddingJapanese Kabocha~~EP134

Today, I want to share with you how to make pumpkin pudding.

This pumpkin pudding is served in a small pumpkin with flesh still in.

You can have sweet pudding and nutritious pumpkin flesh at the same time!

I use Japanese kabocha squash, but you can use orange pumpkin.

How about a cute little pumpkin for your Halloween?

ingredients3 pumpkin pudding
4 mini pumpkins
Two large eggs
Pumpkin puree 100~120g
Heavy cream 120ml(1/2cup)
50g sugar
One teaspoon vanilla
a pinch of salt
One tablespoon rum
