How To Make Kueh Sarlat Share Food Singapore

Learn how to make Kueh Sarlat! Also known as Kuih Seri Muka, this is a traditional Nyonya dessert made of two main layers - the kaya custard layer and glutinous rice layer. The blue that you see in the bottom layer of this kueh is the extract from blue butterfly pea flower (natural coloring commonly used in Nyonya kueh and desserts.)
