How to make Korean style deep-fried shrimp

Ingredients for 2 Servings
250g shrimp, 150g frying powder, 200ml water, 4 ice cubes, 1 Tbsp parsley powder, 2 Tbsp frying powder

Directions
Make frying batter with 150g frying powder and 100ml water. Mix well.
Add 100ml water. It's better to make frying batter a little thick. Because I'll add some ice cubes into frying batter.
Add 4 ice cubes. You can make much crispier deep-fried shrimp if you make frying batter cooler adding ice cubes.
Put 250g shrimp into a plastic bag. Add 2 Tbsp frying powder. Mix well.
Add 1 Tbsp parsley powder and mix well. If you don't have it, just skip. But if you add it, you can make prettier fried shrimp.
Add shrimp into the batter. Heat cooking oil over high heat and fry shrimp. Just enjoy the sound of deep-frying shrimp.
Take fried shrimp out of oil when it looks like a little brown.
This deep-fried shrimp is as same as fried dish which my mom made for me in my childhood.
I'll show you how to enjoy deep-fried shrimp. It's my secrect sauce.
Mix mayonnaise and wasabi. I call it 'WasabiMayo'. It's really delicious to have fried shrimp with this sauce.
