Daniel shows you how to make a special bibimbap - called Albap. It is often served at Japanese restaurants in Seoul. Actually one of my favorite rice bowls. The protagonist of this dish is flying fish roe! Yes, you probably never heard of it but have tried it before. It's commonly used as a topping on sushi rolls. People love to eat them in Asia - as the roe will pop when you eat them. Quite an interesting texture and it tastes even better when mixed with other fresh ingredients. Are you ready bibimbap?
