When I was young, it was a 'safety' dish to eat when my mom would introduce new namul banchans. As a kid, it was always difficult to try out new veggie dishes. Jangjorim Banchan is pulled beef that soaks up the flavors of an infused soy sauce. Thinking of this dish, I remember fighting with my sister for the last soy sauce egg. There was never enough...
