Here's a dessert that's right out of the traditional Greek peasant food cookbook!!! Greek galatopita literally translates to 'Milk Pie'. For generations, this popular dessert was made throughout Greece and was very popular because of its amazing flavour and for the poor, it was very inexpensive to make.
