Crispy garlic is useful for many menus. You can top on your noodles soup, dumplings, wontons, fried chicken, fried rice and a lot more! To give the extra texture and aroma.
Garlic oil is useful for menu menu as well. If you're planning for stir fry menus, this is an option for nicer flavor for your dish.

Recipe: How to Make Crispy Garlic and Garlic Oil | Thai Girl in the Kitchen

- 1 cup Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil
*NOTE : Use neutral taste vegetable such as canola, sunflower, soy bean. For healthy option, you can use avocado oil as well.

- Strainer
- Glass containers with lids

*NOTE2 : You can chop finely with knife or use the blender or mortar and pestle
