INGREDIENTS
Chicken
Salt
Onion
Ginger
Seasoning cubes
Curry
Thyme
Lemon
Orange
Groundnut
Mayonnaise
Green bell pepper

STEPS
1. Rinse and slice bell peppers and onions
2. Wash chicken and place in a pot on heat
3. Add seasoning, ground garlic, ginger, onions, salt, curry, thyme
4. Allow to cook until meat it's tender
5. Add mayonnaise and lemon juice to a blender and blend well
6. Slice up chicken in small bits in a serving tray
7. Garnish with chopped onions and sliced bell peppers, orange and groundnuts
