INGREDIENTS:
Cheese fondue for 4 to 6 people (depending on how hungry you are):
200 grams beaufort cheese
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beaufort_cheese
200 grams comte cheese
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comt%C3%A9_cheese
200 grams gruyere cheese
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gruy%C3%A8re_cheese
1 garlic clove
optional a dash of marc de bourgogne
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
1 pinch of white pepper
300 ml of dry white wine.

wine recommendation i found for the cheese fondue:

Savoie wine:
Roussette de Savoie - cpage altesse
cpage Mondeuse blanche
Apremont, Chignin (cpage jacqure)
Chignin Bergeron (cpage roussane)
Vin de pays d'Allobrogie - cpage altesse, ou jacqure, voire mondeuse blanche

Alternatives:

Rhne - St Joseph blanc (cpages marsanne & roussane)
Jura- Ctes du Jura, Arbois blanc (cpage chardonnay dominant & savagnin)
Sud Bourgogne - Mcon & Pouilly Fuiss, Montagny
Beaujolais - Beaujolais blanc
Alsace - Grand cru cpage riesling ou pinot gris
Vin de Moselle blanc
