How to make CHASHUJapanese style Roast Pork for Ramen, Rice Bowl etc!

Today we are making CHASHU, Japanese style roast pork, in no yeast easy flat bread video.

It's a professional recipe that requires many seasonings but it is so delicious!

If you have all the seasonings, just give it a try!

I have easier version and it's good enough!

You can keep it in a fridge for 5 days.

It's so versatile, good to have in your fridge!

Professional version:500g pork shoulder
1 tbs sugar
1/4 ts salt
1/2 ts grated garlic
1/2 ts grated ginger
1 ts oyster sauce
1 ts sake
1/2 tbs tamari (or soy sauce)
1 ts red miso
1/2 ts sesame oil
1/2 ts honey

Easier version:500g pork soulder
3 tbs sugar
3 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs sake
1 ts sesame oil
1/2 ts grated ginger
1/2 ts grated garlic
