How to Make Breakfast Bun with Olive - zeytinli kahvaltlk

for dough:
1 dessert spoon dry yeast
1/4 cup olive oil (around 50 ml)
1 egg yolk
1 cup milk
some water

for filling:
1 bowl olive chopped finely
1 paprika chopped finely
some melting cheese
1 tomato chopped finely
1 green or chili pepper

let me start preparing the dough first because it needs to rise
I take the flour in a big bowl and add the yeast to it.

Then I add salt, olive oil, and egg yolk.
Now I add the warm milk little by little.

I'm starting to knead
I knead my dough until it reaches the consistency of an earlobe.
The dough will be neither too hard nor too soft.

Now I cover the dough with cling film.
This way the dough rises better.

It will rest for half an hour in a warm place and swell.
I will continue the process later.

The dough has risen, let's open the cling film and start the process.

I oil my hands first.
I take pieces from the dough and roll out each of them.

I have such wide-bottomed glass.
First I press a little with my hand, then I press it with a wide-bottomed glass.
The bottom of the glass must be oiled.
I put them on the tray. If it shrinks, I press it again with a glass.
I put the finely chopped olive in it.
I put red pepper on it. I put a slice of cheddar cheese and a slice of tomato.
I add green pepper to some of them. You can add hot peppers if desired.

I'm applying olive oil to the edges now.
olive oil will make the edges brown nicely.
I also apply some on the tomatoes.

I am going to bake at 180 degrees celsius for about 20 minutes
