Just before the outbreak of COVID-19 Coronavirus in New York City, we had the chance to document with a VR 360 camera Rabbi Moshe Fisher of Congregation Bais Yeshaya of Brooklyn as he went with his congregants ahead of pesach to bake kosher shmurah hand matzahs at the Satmar Matzah Bakery in Williamsburg.
