This crispy deep fried thin egg noodle are to be soak with tasty sauce, under huge plate of mix stir fry meat, seafood , mixed veggie. Yes, soak until they are soft to eat. 8 oz thin wheat-egg noodle (chow mein)
as needed cooking oil
4 oz. each, pork, chicken & shrimp
1 Tbsp each, ginger & garlic (minced)
*marinade for meat*
1 Tbsp each, light soy sauce & rice wine
1 tsp each, corn starch & cooking oil
*pre mix sauce *
1 cup chicken broth
1 Tbsp light soy sauce
1 Tbsp rice wine
1 Tbsp corn starch
** mix veggie**
3/4 cup each, celery, red bell pepper, cabbage, carrot, bean sprout, green onion
