Homemade Traditional Manti Recipe Turkish Ravioli From Scratch & How to Store It

An all-time classic, traditional dish recipe by Auntie Saniye. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:
(For the dough:)
4 cups of flour
Some water
1 teaspoon of salt
1 egg
(For the filling:)
250g of minced beef OR lamb
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
Half a teaspoon of salt
Half a teaspoon of cumin
(For the sauce:)
5 tablespoons of yoghurt
(Optionally) A clove of garlic
Some salt
1 tablespoon of butter
1 dessertspoon of paprika powder
