Make & Store Homemade Tikka Cooking Sauce
Serves 3-4
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Prepare Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce: (Make & Store) 00:18
-Cooking oil Cup
-Kaju (Cashew nuts) soaked 50g
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 large
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) sliced 5 medium
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 3 tbs
-Tomato paste 2 tbs
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 & tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 & tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 2 tbs or to taste
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 & tbs
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 & tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 & tsp
-Tatri (Citric acid) tsp
-Garam masala powder 1 & tsp
-Zarda ka rang (Orange food color) tsp (optional)
-Kasuri meethi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 & tsp
-Lemon juice 2-3 tbs
-Dahi (Yogurt) thick & whisked Cup
-Water 1 Cup or as required
Prepare Chicken Tikka Masala with Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce: (Preparation Time: 25 minutes): 02:08
-Chicken boneless cubes 500g
-Lemon juice 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste
-Makhan (Butter) tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Water Cup or as required
-Charcoal for smoke

Directions:
Prepare Chicken Tikka Masala Sauce: 00:18
-In a wok,add cooking oil,cashew nuts,mix well and fry for 1-2 minutes.
-Add onion,mix well and saut until translucent.
-Add tomatoes and mix well.
-Add ginger garlic paste and mix well for a minute.
-Add tomato paste and mix well.
-Add coriander powder,salt,red chilli powder,cumin powder,turmeric powder,black pepper powder,citric acid,garam masala powder,orange food color,dried fenugreek leaves and lemon juice,mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
-On low flame,add yogurt and mix well.
-Add water and mix well,cover and cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes.
-Let it cool.
-In blender jug,add prepared mixture and blend to make a paste (yields approx. 1000g).
-Store in clean & sterilized jar.
Storage:
-1 month in freezer.
-1 week in fridge.
-Chicken tikka masala cooking sauce can be used for Chicken,Paneer and Vegetables.
Prepare Chicken Tikka Masala with Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce: (Preparation Time: 25 minutes): 02:08
-In a bowl,add chicken,lemon juice and salt,mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.
-In a wok,add butter,cooking oil and let it melt.
-Add marinated chicken,mix well and cook on medium flame until light golden.
-Add cooking oil,prepared homemade tikka masala sauce (400-500g),mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add water and mix well,cover and cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes.
-Give coal smoke for 2 minutes (optional).
-Garnish with cream & serve!

-Karahi mein cooking oil aur kaju dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya fry ker lein.
-Pyaz dal dein aur translucent hunay tak saute ker lein.
-Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Adrak lehsan paste dal dein aur ek minute kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Tomato paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Dhania powder,namak,lal mirch powder,zeera powder,haldi powder,kali mirch powder,tatri,garam masala powder,zarda ka rang,kasuri meethi aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minute kliya paka lein.
-Halki ancch per dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karei aur dhak ker halki ancch per 5-6 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Thada ker lein.
-Blender jug mein tayyar mixture dal dein aur ache tarhan blend ker ka paste tayyar ker lein (yields approx. 1000g).
-Clean & sterilized jar mein store ker lein.
Storage:
-1 month in freezer.
-1 week in fridge.
-Tikka masala cooking sauce Chicken,Paneer aur vegetables mein use ho sakta hai.
Prepare Chicken Tikka Masala with Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce: (Preparation Time: 25 minutes): 02:08
-Bowl mein chicken,lemon juice aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 10 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Karahi mein makhan aur cooking oil dal ker melt ker lein.
-Marinated chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per light golden ho janay tak paka lein.
-Cooking oil aur tayyar homemade tikka masala sauce (400-500g) dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pani dal ker mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 5-6 minutes kliya paka lein.
-2 minute kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein (optional).
-Cream sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
