Homemade spaghetti and meatballs from scratch at home

Tonight I made pasta for spaghetti and meatballs from a recipe I found here on Youtube from Gennaro

There are no words to describe how much better this pasta tastes than anything you can buy in a store. I also made my version of everyone's favorite....Sizzler cheese toast. I hope you enjoy this video. Please like and subscribe to see more.

Pasta

150 grams 00 flour
50 grams Semolina flour
2 eggs

Pasta sauce

1 can San Marzano peeled tomatoes
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp kosher salt
3 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Meatballs


* 2 eggs whisked
* 1 cup bread crumbs I used Italian seasoned
* 4 TBSP grated parmesan
* 1/2 tsp garlic salt
* 1 tsp salt
* pinch of black pepper
* 2 TBSPs chopped fresh parsley
