Here I am with a surprise for Christmas: another yummy recipe that I had the pleasure to cook with Rob Nixon!Homemade ricotta gnocchi...we are going to prepare everything from scratch....starting from the ricotta! This is a tasty and different recipe for the whole family for the holiday table. As we are making our ricotta cheese, we can always save some tablespoons for our little ones and make some baby food for them: one tablespoon of ricotta, one tbsp of vegetable broth, one tbsp of rice cereal, one tbsp of Parmesan and one tsp of oil (the good one, Extra virgin olive oil). done!Enjoy the video and I wish you a wonderful Xmas!
